I’ve already viewed a Type A unit in The Establishment and I really liked the condo. I’m very interested in renting a unit here, but there’s one issue.
The agent told me that I need to subscribe to an internet plan of 100Mbps or more. However, I’m concerned that some units might not support that full speed, depending on the line quality.
I’ve asked the agent several times to check with the owner or nearby units if the internet connection is stable and truly supports that speed, but I haven’t received a clear answer.
Would it be possible to ask the management office or the owner directly about the internet quality in that unit or similar units?
